The church viewed from the door of the Manse presents a charming aspect.  The current building is at least 237 years old and there has been a place of worship here since before 1500.

It is unusual in having external stone steps to access the three galleries used originally by the surrounding estates of Gargunnock, Boquhan, Leckie, Meiklewood and Touch.  The bell is rung from the Gargunnock gallery.
